Very simply, it’s a membership that gives Real Estate Brokerages, Teams and Agents the ability to have the same tools and training that even the Big Franchises don't have accesse too and all for one very low monthly membership fee. We are building the largest Real Estate Team in the Country! It's Realtors helping Realtors become successful!
We started eHomes Realty Network after realizing that most Independent Brokers, Teams and Agents don’t have the resources, the knowledge or the time to test and determine which products will work best for their companies. It has also become clear that most Brokers don’t have any formal training programs for their Agents.
How It All Started…
A Message From the Founder - Mitch Ribak
I started selling Real Estate in 2001 before the big boom! My background prior to Real Estate was in the Internet along with managing and training Sales Reps. I had no idea when I started how valuable both those skill sets would be in the Real Estate world. My first day on the job as a Realtor, my Broker sat me down and told me she didn't do any training. The best advice she could give me was follow up, follow up, and follow up! Armed with that training, I set out on my Real Estate career!
Within a short period of time, less than 2 years, I rose to be the number one Agent in the office as well as one of the top Agents in Brevard County, Florida. I implemented my Internet program and started testing all types of lead generation programs and different Internet Marketing strategies which I had learned from my previous experience. What happened was an explosion of business! I learned that most Realtors or Brokers have no idea how to market on the Internet and even if they do get a lead or two from the Internet, they don't know how to convert this lead.
In March of 2005 I started Tropical Realty of Suntree and the 100MPH Marketing Systems. At TRS, I have a live, working office to test all of our marketing ideas and approaches to Real Estate. We have been perfecting our Internet Lead Capture and Conversion systems since 2003. Five years later (2008), we have perfected the systems. In May of 2008, we launched the 100MPH Marketing Software which is a CRM and marketing system to help convert Internet leads by automating much of the process. The systems we have been using at TRS (which made us #1 out of 500 offices in 2007) are part of the eHomes Realty Network. **
Most Real Estate Agents and Brokerages don't have access to Training, Referral Networks, Business Sysetms and Brainstorming with other Brokers/Teams or Agents. Basically you are on your own to figure out this business....until now!
